AutoDeal Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AutoDeal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Purpose

AutoDeal is intended to help automotive dealers and sales managers maintain vehicle inventory, manage dealer profile information, capture and organize vehicle-related media and documents, and generate exports or backups for their business use.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the app on compatible Android devices under your control in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using AutoDeal, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and lawful information in vehicle and dealer profile entries.
• Comply with all applicable motor vehicle, tax, registration, advertising, consumer protection, and privacy laws.
• Respect copyright, trademark, and personal rights when attaching photos or documents.
• Maintain the security of your device, PIN/passcode, and any exported backups.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain full ownership of all inventory records, photos, documents, notes, and profile details that you create or store inside AutoDeal. Because AutoDeal is a local-first application, your data remains on your device unless you choose to share or export it.

6. Device Permissions

AutoDeal requests access to device hardware (such as Camera and Photo Gallery) solely to enable features you select, such as photographing vehicles or picking photos from your library. You can revoke these permissions at any time via Android system settings.

7. Exports, Sharing, and Backups

The app provides tools to export PDF contracts, invoices, CSV spreadsheets, and ZIP backup files. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of exported documents and securing exported files.

8. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance the app at any time through updates distributed via the Google Play Store.

9. Disclaimer

AutoDeal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tony Stacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.

11. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your local app data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
